Thank you for smoking opening titles

This film has cleverly related their opening titles to the main title of the film by using different cigarette packets for each title. The texts are all different colours, fonts and sizes because on each cigarette packet this is also the case. It also highlights the vast amount of cigarettes that there are for sale.


Each title turns on it's side is a rectangular shape, which is the same shape as a cigarette packet. All of the pictures used are off vintage cigarette packets which gives and indication of when the film was set.


The music used is very old, just like an old radio. This is done as this is the time when most people smoked. The music is also very upbeat, jolly and involves people singing about cigarettes.
